The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our facilities, residents, and visitors. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail. Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including floors, walls, windows, and surfaces
  • Perform industrial cleaning tasks, including washing floor with auto scrubber.
  • Conduct regular floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Ensure all areas of the facility are clean and free of hazards
  • Respond promptly to any facility issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective maintenance Requirements
  • Proven experience in custodial or facilities maintenance roles
  • Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning methods and practices
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Experience with floor care and buffing equipment
  • Familiarity with commercial cleaning methods and practices
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for long periods
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to work schedules
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning methods and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times
