Full-time We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary commercial facilities. This is a Monday-Friday, full-time position with a consistent schedule of 12:30 PM-9:00 PM . Responsibilities Clean and maintain designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, ceiling vents, and restrooms. Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Perform heavy cleaning tasks and special cleaning projects. Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance or repair needs to management. Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors. Follow all company, health, and safety regulations. Properly handle and use cleaning chemicals and supplies. Qualifications & Skills Previous commercial cleaning or custodial experience preferred. Experience using commercial cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers, wet vacuums, and backpack vacuums. Ability to operate or learn to operate floor-cleaning equipment. Ability to handle commercial cleaning equipment and machinery. Ability to push and pull equipment weighing up to 30 pounds. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures. Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS). Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Special Equipment The position may involve operating: High-speed buffers Side-by-side scrubbers Backpack vacuums Auto scrubbers Wet vacuums Training may be provided on equipment as needed.
