Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner Janitorial Worker to join our dynamic facilities maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our commercial or residential facilities. Monday to Friday. Overtime available. 11:
AM to 7:30PM Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, common areas, and workspaces using appropriate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and scrubbers. Handle chemical agents safely while performing sanitation tasks, adhering strictly to chemical handling safety procedures. Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of cleaning supplies, furniture, and equipment following safe lifting practices to prevent injury. Maintain cleanliness by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas. Operate cleaning machinery including floor buffers and industrial cleaning equipment to ensure optimal floor care and buffing results. Follow safety protocols diligently during all custodial activities to prevent accidents or hazards. Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting issues requiring professional attention. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored, maintained, and replenished as needed.
