Job Description

Shift:
Monday-Friday 6:00pm - 11:00 pm (Part-Time)
Rate:
$18/hour
POSITION SUMMARY
The Custodial Technician is to maintain day-to-day cleanliness in the Health and Wellness Center, Early Learning Center and various spaces of the Scantic Valley
Y. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Empty trash and refill liners. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, sauna and steam room. Clean and maintain the Wellness Floor, Gymnasium, Community room and other spaces as needed Restock supplies in bathrooms, showers and Wellness Floor. Wash loads of member's towels as needed. Clean inside windows and mirrors, as needed. As well as outside windows. Maintain and inventory of supplies. Ensure proper labeling and dilution of all chemicals. Always Wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (gloves, etc.). Other routine maintenance duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent strongly preferred 1-2 years of related experience preferred 1-2 years of experience with wood and tile floor maintenance (i.e. wax, shine, strip) Basic knowledge of cleaning products Exceptional customer relations focused attitude Strong focus on critical problem solving Willingness to work in a team-centric environment
