A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Sweep, vacuum, empty trash, wastebaskets.Clean classrooms, offices, restrooms, kitchen, cafeteria, common areas, and other locations as directed.
Strip floors, wash windows inside and outside.
Additional duties include seasonal work such as snow clearing, mowing, trimming, and outdoor clean up.
