Wednesday through Saturday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)

RBM Maintenance is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team in Aberdeen, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of our commercial facility. Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and break areas. Empty trash receptacles, manage waste disposal, and replace liners. Wipe down high-touch surfaces, door handles, and counters to maintain proper hygiene standards. Follow all site safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and supervisor instructions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Reliability:

Must be highly responsible, punctual, and capable of working independently or with a team.

Experience:

Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is strongly preferred, though we are willing to train the right candidate.

Language Skills:
