Bio-One Annapolis is looking for dependable, hardworking Cleaning Technicians to join our team on an as-needed/part-time basis. We specialize in helping restore homes after hoarding situations and other challenging circumstances. In many cases, our removal crew will have already cleared the majority of the contents from the home, and our cleaning team will come in afterward to perform detailed cleaning and sanitizing . What You'll Do Deep clean residential homes after hoarded contents have been removed Clean and sanitize floors, walls, kitchens, bathrooms, and other surfaces Use professional cleaning products and equipment provided by Bio-One Remove heavy dirt, grime, residue, and odors Follow proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures Work efficiently as part of a team Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Important - Please Read These are not always typical house-cleaning jobs. Some properties may be extremely dirty or unsanitary. Depending on the job, you may encounter: Animal urine and feces Human urine and feces Strong odors Trash and heavily soiled surfaces Insects or evidence of pests Homes that have experienced long-term neglect Applicants must be comfortable working in these types of environments. Appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is provided by Bio-One Annapolis , along with the cleaning products and supplies needed for each job. Requirements Previous experience cleaning homes is required Experience with deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, housekeeping, restoration cleaning, or similar work is preferred Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Comfortable working in dirty and potentially unsanitary environments Able to follow instructions and safety procedures Physically able to be on your feet, bend, scrub, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods Professional and respectful when working in clients' homes Must have reliable transportation About Bio-One Annapolis Bio-One Annapolis provides specialized cleanup services for individuals and families dealing with difficult situations, including hoarding and heavily contaminated homes.
