NOW HIRINGNew Construction Cleaning Technician Trusten Services is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team providing rough, final, and touch-up cleaning services for new home construction. This is a hands-on position working inside newly constructed homes and on active construction sites. The right person takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and understands that the quality of our work represents Trusten Services to our builder customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Depending on the stage of construction, responsibilities may include: Rough Cleaning Removing scrap building materials and construction debris Sweeping and vacuuming Removing packaging, labels, and miscellaneous job-site debris Cleaning areas in preparation for the next phase of construction Maintaining a clean and organized work area Final Cleaning Cleaning windows and glass Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping Cleaning floors, trim, doors, cabinets, fixtures, and other surfaces Removing dust and construction residue Detailed cleaning throughout the home Preparing homes for homeowner move-in Touch-Up Cleaning Identifying and correcting areas that need additional cleaning Removing fingerprints, dust, debris, and other imperfections Paying close attention to details throughout the home Completing work to Trusten Services' quality standards

REQUIREMENTS

Must have: Valid driver's license Clean driving record Legally authorized to work in the United States Ability to effectively communicate in English Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. Ability to repeatedly bend, kneel, squat, climb, reach, and stand for extended periods Comfortable working at heights, including ladders Must not be afraid of heights Ability to work inside unfinished homes, including areas with or without electricity Ability to work outdoors when required Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Pride in your work and the finished product

EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in construction cleaning, residential cleaning, construction, remodeling, landscaping, warehouse work, or other physically demanding work is a plus. Experience is not necessarily required. We can train the right person.
