This is subcontract work, not a W-2 job. You invoice us per visit, you decide how you work the building and in what order, and you file your own taxes.

THE WORK

Office suites, medical and dental practices, fitness studios, childcare centers and building common areas. Typically 1,000 to 10,000 square feet per building. Evenings, after the building closes, Monday to Friday. Each site has a written scope of work, so you are responsible for the result rather than for clocking hours. PAY Per-visit rate, agreed per building when we walk it together. It works out to roughly $18 to $21 an hour for someone working efficiently. Paid on invoice. More buildings become available as we grow, because we staff in waves as new contracts come on.

WHAT YOU NEED

Reliable transportation. Able to pass a background check, since some medical and childcare sites require one. Commercial cleaning experience preferred.
