A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
KEI Services is a reputable cleaning business located in Havre de Grace MD. We are looking to hire 1-2 energetic, hardworking, detail-oriented, flexible and dedicated individuals. Must be willing to take on a routine cleaning schedule but also be open to special projects as they arise. Daytime Custodian (Mon-Fri, 10 AM-2 PM) Provides routine daytime cleaning and maintenance support. Tasks include vacuuming, dusting, bathroom upkeep, wiping windows, and ensuring all areas remain presentable for staff and visitors. Light lifting required. Prior janitorial experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
(Include but are not limited to) Clean by dusting, mopping, washing, vacuuming, polishing, disinfecting or scrubbing all surfaces of furniture, floors, walls, and any other surfaces. Emptying waste bins and replacing liners or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points. Clean toilets, sinks, refilling paper towel, soap, etc
