Responsibilities Must have reliable transportation Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic living environments. Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Use cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, mops, buffers, and other tools to maintain floors and surfaces at a high standard. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting or outdoor work with proper safety techniques to prevent injury. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific preferences and provide personalized service. Maintain cleanliness logs and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure the residence remains in excellent condition. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with a focus on luxury environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, cleaning equipment, and proper custodial procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled appointments. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks efficiently. Outstanding customer service skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients. Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas or outdoor furniture as needed. Knowledge of residential housekeeping best practices combined with strong organizational skills for managing multiple residences seamlessly.
