Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part Time Cleaner/ Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in a small commercial space . This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning commercial space, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained. Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. Maintain cleanliness bathrooms, ensuring sanitation standards are met. Manage custodial responsibilities and utilizing proper cleaning techniques and equipment. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules. Requirements Transportation & cleaning supplies are required MUST have prior residential home cleaning experience at a minimum Proven experience in cleaning roles such as residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services is preferred. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques. Familiarity with floor care methods and equipment is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties, including lifting and moving equipment or supplies. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to the role.
