Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and surface disinfection across different areas such as offices, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces. Maintain facilities by performing minor repairs or reporting maintenance issues related to plumbing, lighting, or fixtures to ensure operational efficiency. Uphold safety standards by following proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment while adhering to health and safety regulations. Keep detailed records of cleaning activities, supply inventories, and maintenance logs to ensure accountability and smooth operations. Experience Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings demonstrating familiarity with cleaning protocols and equipment. Background in facilities maintenance or porter roles that involve routine upkeep of large or complex environments. Knowledge of commercial cleaning products, tools, and safety procedures is highly desirable. Prior experience in residential painting or light maintenance tasks is a plus but not required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
