RendCon LLC is seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaning professionals interested in accepting independent cleaning assignments for residential and commercial clients throughout the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity. Contractors may choose which available assignments fit their business, schedule, and service area. Contractors may provide services to other clients and companies. There are no guaranteed hours or minimum assignments. What You'll Do Provide residential and/or commercial cleaning services for accepted assignments Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, common areas, floors, and other designated areas Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces Use appropriate cleaning products, equipment, and safe cleaning practices Treat client property professionally and respectfully Complete agreed-upon services according to the applicable job scope Report property damage, safety concerns, or unusual conditions through the designated communication process Submit required completion documentation for accepted assignments Maintain professional communication with clients and RendCon What We're Looking For Reliable and professional Detail-oriented and quality-conscious Comfortable performing residential and/or commercial cleaning Able to safely perform the physical activities associated with cleaning work Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required Reliable transportation strongly preferred Ability to communicate professionally with clients Willingness to complete required screening before accepting assignments Ability to operate independently and manage accepted assignments responsibly Compensation & Flexibility Typical assignment rates: $26-$34/hour equivalent, depending on the assignment, scope, location, and experience Compensation is based on the agreed-upon assignment and scope of work Choose assignments that fit your availability and service area No minimum hours No exclusivity requirement Ability to work with other clients and companies Residential and commercial opportunities throughout

Digital assignment and onboarding process Cleaning supplies/equipment may be available for certain assignments when specified in advance Background Screening Because contractors may enter residential properties and commercial facilities, successful completion of a background screening is required before receiving eligible assignments. Additional screening or site-specific requirements may apply depending on the client or facility.
