Professional House Cleaner / Cleaning Technician Sweeney Cleaning Solutions is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Professional Cleaners and Cleaning Technicians for residential and commercial cleaning throughout Southern Maryland. We are looking for hardworking team members who enjoy creating clean, healthy and organized spaces. Candidates must be comfortable performing physically demanding work while maintaining excellent quality and an efficient pace.

Multiple Shifts Available Day shift:

Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., with one weekend per month Evening shift: Hours vary between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Weekend shift:

Hours vary between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available based on scheduling needs Cleaning Responsibilities Perform residential house cleaning and commercial cleaning services Dust furniture, fixtures, baseboards and surfaces Vacuum, sweep and mop floors Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms and common areas Complete deep-cleaning and organizational tasks Stock and maintain cleaning supplies Follow detailed cleaning instructions and checklists Perform final quality-control inspections Take clear before-and-after photos Help train and support other cleaning team members Travel between client homes and commercial properties Carry cleaning supplies and equipment between job locations Job Requirements Applicants must: Have reliable personal transportation Be willing to travel throughout Calvert County, Anne Arundel County, St. Mary's County and surrounding Southern Maryland areas Be able to pass a background check Be able to lift and carry 50 pounds or more Be able to move furniture and heavy cleaning equipment Be comfortable bending, reaching, kneeling, standing and walking throughout the shift Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically active environment Be reliable, punctual and consistent Have strong attention to detail Follow instructions and company cleaning standards Work independently and as part of a professional cleaning team Take pride in the positive difference a clean space makes Previous experience in house cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial services, commercial cleaning, office cleaning, hotel housekeeping, custodial work, professional organizing or cleaning team leadership is helpful, but not required.
