Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain floors, carpets, surfaces, and fixtures in pristine condition Communicate effectively with owner to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns Qualifications Proven custodial or housekeeping experience in residential or commercial settings Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and dusters Ability to handle cleaning supplies responsibly while adhering to safety guidelines Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients Physical capability for outdoor work, manual handling of heavy objects, and prolonged standing or walking Join us in creating clean, safe environments that leave a lasting impression!
