Maryland Region (travel required)- MD, DC, VA, and PA Company Vehicle Provided Position Summary Elite Building Services is seeking a dependable and motivated Regional Cleaner to support multiple client locations throughout Maryland and surrounding areas. This position requires extensive local travel using a company vehicle and involves cleaning, inspections, special projects, equipment upkeep, and customer support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Cleaning & Facility Support Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and trash removal. Complete vault cleaning and other specialty cleaning assignments. Maintain clean and professional facility conditions at assigned client locations. Perform parking lot cleaning and exterior maintenance as needed. Route & Field Services Travel to client locations throughout Maryland and neighboring areas as assigned. Conduct site inspections and report findings to management. Handle key pick-ups and deliveries when required. Assist with emergency coverage and special cleaning projects. Equipment Maintenance Operate and maintain commercial cleaning equipment. Clean, inspect, and perform basic upkeep on floor scrubbers, vacuums, and other equipment. Report equipment issues and assist with minor repairs when needed. Customer Service & Safety Maintain professional communication with customers and site contacts. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Ensure work is completed according to client expectations and company standards. Documentation Complete required reports and documentation accurately. Communicate site concerns, maintenance issues, and service updates to management. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to travel daily to various work locations. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment and products is a plus.
