Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team, providing exceptional cleaning services for both residential and commercial clients. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across various properties. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-tier cleaning solutions that exceed expectations. We service Maryland's Eastern Shore including Queen Anne's County, Kent County, Talbot County and Caroline County. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal Conduct specialized cleaning tasks such as window washing, floor care, and sanitation procedures Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, adhering to all safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately Maintain high standards of infection control and sanitation to promote a healthy environment for clients and staff Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling tasks when moving furniture or large cleaning supplies Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained, organized, and used efficiently Qualifications Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely and efficiently Reliable Transportation with Comprehensive Liability Insurance Ability to travel throughout our service areas. Ability to squat, stand and kneel for extended periods of time.
