Gutter Cleaner The Gutter Guys of Maryland is looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team as Gutter Cleaners . This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable with heights, and takes pride in doing quality work. No gutter experience is required — we will train the right person. Experience with ladders, roofing, construction, landscaping, tree work, pressure washing, or other outdoor labor is a plus. What You'll Do Clean gutters and downspouts on residential and commercial properties Work safely from extension and specialty ladders Remove leaves, debris, and clogs from gutter systems Perform minor gutter-related service work as trained Protect customers' homes, landscaping, and property while working Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles Communicate professionally with customers and other crew members Follow all company ladder and fall-protection safety procedures What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Able to perform physical outdoor work throughout the day Dependable and able to show up on time Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to work well as part of a two-person crew Construction or outdoor work experience is helpful, but not required Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $20

•25 per hour , based on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for advancement and increased earning potential as you gain experience and take on additional responsibilities.
