A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

03/22/2023 Primary Function Wor-Wic Community College continuously accepts applications to fill Building Attendant positions to perform custodial duties in campus buildings. These positions are considered "essential employees" and as such, may be required to report during non-scheduled days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays to assist with snow removal and other work situations. We are currently filling the following vacancies: Full-Time Building Attendant (Night Shift) 11pm- 7am Essential Duties The following list is not intended as, nor should it be construed as, exhaustive of all responsibilities, skills or working conditions associated with this position.
