What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
$25-$35 per Hour Experienced and Professional Home Cleaners wanted in D.C. Maryland, Virginia (DMV) area. Do you have home cleaning experience? Are you a professional and someone who enjoys working independently and with a flexible work schedule? This opportunity to contract with Signature Cleaning Solutions LLC. (SCS LLC.) in Silver Spring, MD. may be for you. If you already have your own clients, that's fine. We'll help you get more clients and earn more money by working with Signature Cleaning Solutions, LLC. We'll provide all the work you can handle.
Qualifications:
Must Have:
2+ years paid house cleaning experience 3 professional and 3 personal references- Speak English (conversational okay)
- Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies
