Job Description
Overview We are hiring Cleaners and Cleaning Supervisors to join our team. We are looking for reliable, professional, and detail-oriented individuals to provide high-quality cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Both experienced cleaners and candidates looking to grow within the cleaning industry are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Clean residential and commercial properties. Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common areas. Perform standard and deep cleaning services. Clean windows, baseboards, appliances, and other areas as assigned. Use cleaning products, supplies, and equipment safely. Follow company cleaning procedures, safety rules, and client instructions. Complete assigned cleaning tasks within the scheduled time. Report damages, maintenance issues, or supply needs. Maintain a professional attitude while working at client properties. Assist with moving light furniture or equipment when necessary. Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned. Cleaning Supervisor Responsibilities Cleaning Supervisors may also be responsible for: Leading and coordinating cleaning teams. Assigning tasks and monitoring job progress. Inspecting completed work for quality. Ensuring company cleaning and safety procedures are followed. Communicating with management regarding job progress or issues. Helping train and support cleaning team members. Qualifications Cleaning experience is preferred but not required for Cleaner positions. Previous cleaning or team leadership experience is preferred for Supervisor positions. Reliable and punctual. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and cleaning procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday. Willingness to work at different residential and commercial locations.
