- Contract Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic House and Office Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces.

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and office spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing or linens for clients Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing floors, and using carpet cleaning techniques when necessary Manage cleaning supplies inventory, operate cleaning equipment safely, and perform heavy lifting for moving furniture or large items Ensure all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly, including windows, countertops, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas when applicable Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred Experience with floor cleaning techniques such as polishing and deep cleaning carpets is advantageous Knowledge of cleaning detergents, sanitation standards, and proper manual handling procedures is essential Previous housekeeping management or hotel experience can be beneficial but is not required Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while completing multiple tasks in a timely manner Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces or outdoor furniture Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration are highly valued
