This person will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, both in person and over the phone, so excellent customer service and communication skills are very important. Responsibilities Welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and manage incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish. Schedule and confirm client appointments. Take accurate messages and direct calls to the appropriate team member. Assist clients with basic questions and communicate information clearly and professionally. Receive, organize, scan, and properly route client documents. Perform data entry and general clerical/administrative duties. Maintain organized client records and office files. Assist with emails, correspondence, printing, copying, and document preparation. Maintain the reception/front desk area clean and organized. Communicate with staff regarding client appointments, messages, and documents. Assist the office team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
