| StudioRadio Network, an FCC Licensed Broadcast authority, is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to help keep our radio station and podcast facility in Temple Hills, MD in top shape on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities include:

General floor care and surface cleaning throughout the facility Careful cleaning around broadcast and recording equipment — this space has sensitive audio gear, so attention and care matter more than speed Bathroom cleaning and restocking Tidying and resetting the podcast room between sessions This is a flexible, on-call role — no fixed weekly schedule. We'll reach out when we need a visit scheduled, and you tell us what works. What we're looking for: Comfortable working carefully around electronics, microphones, and cables without disturbing setups Reliable and responsive when a cleaning is needed Attention to detail, especially in shared/production spaces
