What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Active TS/SCI Security ClearancePosition OverviewNew Age Protection is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Custodian to support cleaning operations within a government facility. This position requires special access to government buildings, so all candidates must have an active TS/SCI security clearance to be considered. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.Key Responsibilities
- Dust surfaces and tidy furniture
- Remove trash from assigned areas
- Vacuum carpets
- Sweep and mop floors
- Prepare work areas for the following day
- Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Previous custodial experience preferred
