Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

This position helps ensure facilities meet cleanliness, safety, and quality standards while supporting Didlake's mission of providing meaningful employment opportunities. Through quality service and collaboration, the Janitor contributes to a positive workplace and customer experience. What You Will Do Independently clean and maintain restrooms, offices, break rooms, locker rooms, kitchenettes, pantries, showers, stairwells, corridors, elevators, escalators, lobbies, lounges, libraries, and other assigned work areas.
Sweep and mop floors using brooms and mops.
Vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
Dust furniture, fixtures, equipment, and other surfaces.
Polish metal fixtures, fittings, and trim.
Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, door panels, and window sills.
Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and recyclable materials to designated disposal areas.
Restock restroom supplies to ensure facilities remain fully stocked.
Perform assigned cleaning tasks according to established schedules and quality standards.
Follow all safety procedures and properly operate cleaning equipment and materials.
Maintain professional conduct and represent Didlake in a positive manner.
Complete all required Didlake training and comply with company policies and procedures.
Produce high-quality work while working independently and as part of a team.
