Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team full-time! The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

Schedule:

Sunday through Thursday - 10pm-6am

Your Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, waxing, and polishing to ensure floors are well-maintained. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including winter snow removal. Observes and reports security issues. Ensure proper disposal of waste materials and recycling in accordance with company policies.

Skills Needed :

Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of general office practices, procedures, and equipment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards. Capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned duties. Must have a valid driver's license.
