A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Monday-Friday Full Time position - FLEXIBLE

SCHEDULE

Flexibility Required This position will be for apartment cleaning due to move outs, will need to have the place ready to go before the next tenant moves in. Detail oriented Knowledge of basic maintenance and cleaning Able to frequently lift or move up to 50 lbs. Able to work independently as well as within a team Dependable and motivated Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance
