Vacation Home Turnover Cleaner

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. We service properties in the Downeast Acadia Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our the homes we turnover for vacation rentals. This role requires a strong work ethic and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed to maintain cleanliness in the properties. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping to ensure floors are well-maintained. Provide exceptional communication skills by responding promptly to management requests and addressing any concerns regarding cleanliness. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing extra care. Ability to work independently. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
