Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Moderne Rug Cleaning has an opening for a full time rug care technician. This is a hands on position. Lifting and lowering are required. We are looking for a team player with good organization, attention to detail and customer skills for a fast paced environment. Knowledge in carpet and rug cleaning as well as experience with truck mounts and portables is a plus but we will train the right candidate. Computer skills, neat appearance, dependable. Pay will be compensated based on experience and willingness to learn.

Summary As a Rug Cleaning Technician, you will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various rugs and carpets. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your core skills in cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning will be vital in delivering high-quality service. You will utilize your organizational and computer skills to manage cleaning schedules and track inventory. Your experience in janitorial and custodial services will enhance our commitment to environmental standards and commercial cleaning excellence. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of rugs and carpets, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and appearance. Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment for various rug materials. Organize and manage cleaning schedules to optimize workflow and efficiency. Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and inventory of supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to cleaning tasks. Adhere to safety and environmental guidelines while performing duties.

Pay:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
