What they do

A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

We have immediate openings for cleaners in our Hampden location. If you are passionate about helping people during tragedy and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, we invite you to apply. This is in addition to a retirement plan and paid time off. We are looking for positive individuals who work well with others and independently. Responsibilities of commercial and residential mitigation jobs (fire, soot, mold, water, etc.) include cleaning, pack-out, taking inventory, among other tasks. Occasional nights and weekends are required for emergency jobs. Familiarity with mitigation/restoration procedures is preferred but not necessary. You will receive education and training to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to do your job well.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday On call Overtime Personal protective equipment (PPE) is supplied to protect our employees and customers. Pay depends on experience.
