Overview Job Summary:

At Margaritas, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing Follow established safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning protocols and confidentiality Requirements Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate loads Reliable transportation is preferred for shift flexibility Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to follow safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals responsibly Positive attitude, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
