Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, scrub, and sanitize interior spaces. Walk the property regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet waste. Perform trash removal and keep dumpster areas clean and organized. Complete "trash-out" duties for vacant apartment homes. Assist with apartment make-ready projects and light maintenance tasks. Maintain landscaping by mowing, trimming, raking, sweeping, and shoveling as needed. Replace light bulbs and perform routine property inspections. Deliver notices and other communications to residents. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and resident-related issues to management. Maintain accurate records of completed work. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Previous custodial, janitorial, groundskeeping, maintenance, or related experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated. Ability to communicate professionally with residents, coworkers, and supervisors. Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and lawn care tools. Commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining attractive communities. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, kneel, reach, squat, stand, and climb throughout the workday. Ability to safely work from ladders. Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
