If you are looking to get paid weekly, in cash, and with yearly raises this is the job for you! We are seeking a comitted and long term candidate. The canidate must be a detail-oriented cleaner to join our small family business. The schedule would be 2 days per week from 7pm to 3:30am (times may vary slightly). You must work a minimum of 2 days, and this is a year round position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in commercial environments. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Compensation is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview. (we also give a small bonus during the holidays)Serious inquiries only. Duties Clean and maintain assigned areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Execute custodial responsibilities in various facilities. Carry out commercial cleaning tasks, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to support overall operations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Skills Sufficient custodial skills with an emphasis on attention to detail. Ability to perform commercial cleaning tasks efficiently. Basic understanding of facilities maintenance processes.
