About the Role As a CBRE Custodian, you will perform essential maintenance tasks, including housekeeping, occupancy, and custodial duties. This position is part of our Workplace Experience function, where our team is dedicated to providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of our facility. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

What You'll Do General Cleaning:

Maintain the facility by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and buffing floors, as well as cleaning rugs and carpets.

Restroom Maintenance:

Ensure restrooms are cleaned, disinfected, and fully restocked with supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper).

Waste Removal:

Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring all waste is transported to the correct disposal areas.

Sanitization:

Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, desks, and kitchen/dining areas to maintain health and safety standards.

Building Maintenance:
