Industrial Cleaner Pay Rate:
$21 / hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Some flexibility available)

Short-term (minimum of a few months)
Location:
Albion, MI Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaner / Janitor to maintain safety and cleanliness. This is a heavy-duty industrial sanitation role, not a light office cleaning position. You will be responsible for managing raw material dust, cleaning around machinery, and ensuring a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities Dust & Spill Control:
Sweep, vacuum, and shovel raw material dust and spills to keep the facility clean and safe.
Equipment Cleaning:
Safely clean around industrial mixers, hoppers, and conveyors.
Floor Maintenance:
Operate industrial floor sweepers and scrubbers across walkways and platforms.
Waste Disposal:
Empty industrial trash bins and safely discard production waste.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all OSHA regulations and strictly wear required PPE (respirators, safety glasses, hard hats, steel-toe boots). Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Previous experience in industrial cleaning, manufacturing, or construction is a major plus. Ability to handle a physically demanding environment, including heavy lifting, standing, bending, and climbing stairs. Comfortable working in dusty, noisy, or hot industrial environments. Strong commitment to safety regulations.
Pay:
$21.00 per hour
