Job Overview Join our dedicated cleaning team as a Janitor/Cleaner, working Monday through Friday from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas. Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Clean restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, and common areas thoroughly and regularly. Conduct light custodial duties such as window washing and surface disinfecting to promote hygiene. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with knowledge of custodial practices. Experience with commercial or industrial cleaning environments preferred. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness standards. Knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks is a plus; including basic repairs or troubleshooting. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines.
