Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Ann Arbor, Michigan Part-time:
Lengths of shifts ranging from 1.5 hr/day to 3 hrs/daySchedule:
Monday-Friday, starting at 6:00 p.m.Starting Rate:
$15.75, raises based on performance and attendance Duties include: Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors and stairways; wiping down and dusting offices and reception areas; cleaning restrooms and break areas and replenishing supplies; and trashWages :

- Must pass felony and criminal background check
- Physically able to vacuum and wet mop lobby and office areas, clean restrooms, dust and wipe down, empty trash, and sweep stairs without restrictions
- Have dependable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance
- Dependable to work 5 days/week
- Self-directed and follows cleaning instructions
