If you thrive on professional variety, excel at problem-solving, and want a leadership pathway, this fluid operational role is for you. Rather than being restricted to a single building, you will move between local facilities, keep field teams aligned, and protect our corporate service standards.
Core Responsibilities Field Support:
Direct evening sanitization processes across a rotating schedule of regional client facilities.
Workforce Development:
Onboard incoming staff members and continuously reinforce proper safety and cleaning methodologies.
Operational Agility:
Seamlessly step in to fulfill open shifts, handle unexpected emergency service requests, and cover team absences.
Supply Chain:
Monitor localized facility inventory, handle emergency supply drop-offs, and organize equipment distribution.
Service Evaluation:
Maintain open communication with management regarding building conditions, and execute hands-on tasks-including floor care, dusting, and trash removal-as needed. Candidate Requirements Background as a team captain, site supervisor, or lead cleaner within commercial janitorial settings is highly valued. Exceptional time management metrics and an ability to pivot tasks in high-energy environments. Active driver's license, verified personal auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for regional travel. Comfort working autonomously without direct onsite supervision. Physical capability to remain active for eight hours and lift standard maintenance gear. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional client satisfaction.
