Lucky Star Rentals is a collection of 10 unique short-term rental apartments located in the historic Tanner Building in Downtown Bay City. Our apartments range from studios to two-bedroom units and occupy the second and third floors of the building. The first floor is home to Mulligan's Pub, a locally owned restaurant and pub. We are currently seeking an energetic, reliable, and hardworking part-time Cleaning Crew Member to join our team. Position Summary Cleaning Crew Members play a vital role in ensuring our apartments and common areas remain spotless, organized, and guest-ready. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a positive attitude. Schedule Every Thursday, Friday, Sunday and Saturdays as needed Availability required between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM Must be available to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed Primary Responsibilities Strip and make beds between guest stays Wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Clean windows and mirrors Remove trash and recycling Restock apartment supplies and amenities Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, and common areas Assist with general organization and tidying throughout the property Qualifications & Requirements This position is physically demanding and requires frequent movement throughout the building. Apartments are located on the second and third floors of a building without an elevator .

A positive attitude and strong work ethic Attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean spaces Reliability and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Applicants must be able to: Climb multiple flights of stairs several times throughout the day Lift and carry up to 50 pounds Reach, bend, kneel, squat, and stand for extended periods Perform all cleaning and housekeeping duties safely and efficiently Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly preferred. Proven background in cleaning services with knowledge of various cleaning techniques and equipment operation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed cleaning checklists and protocols. Ability to work efficiently independently Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.

Pay:

$15.50
