This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team, staying organized, and taking pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. The Custodial Supervisor will help coordinate daily cleaning operations, support custodial employees, and ensure assigned areas are maintained to a high standard. We are looking for someone who leads by example, communicates well, and can keep the team focused on quality and consistency. Responsibilities Lead and support assigned custodial employees Assign work and monitor cleaning quality Assist with routine custodial duties as needed Help maintain supplies, equipment, and safe work practices Communicate staffing, service, or facility concerns to management Requirements Previous custodial experience required Previous supervisory or leadership experience required Consistent and reliable attendance Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lead employees and respond to changing priorities Ability to perform the physical demands of routine custodial work

Pay:

$18 - $20 per hour | Full Time
