Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the highest standards of sanitation and facility upkeep. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a healthy, organized, and professional space for staff, visitors, and clients alike.

• Night shift: Week #1 Mon-Thurs/ Week #2nd Tues-Fri. 9PM-7AM
• National Background checks will be performed Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents.

Operate floor buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, and other custodial tools to maintain floor care standards such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing. Handle chemical agents safely by following proper chemical handling safety procedures and maintaining accurate inventory of cleaning supplies. Conduct manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture, equipment, or supplies while adhering to safe lifting practices. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces regularly and ensuring waste is properly disposed of in accordance with safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to facility-related requests or concerns from staff or visitors. Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience in commercial or industrial settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including the use of various cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and industrial vacuums. Familiarity with chemical agent handling safety procedures and sanitation protocols is essential. Experience with residential painting or general facilities maintenance is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while following safety protocol adherence guidelines. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards across multiple areas.
