Cadillac Daytime Traveling Custodian Position
NW Michigan Area Our ideal candidate will:

Live between Cadillac & Traverse City.

Have a clean driving record and be able to pass a motor vehicle record check. Be willing to drive in winter, spring, summer and fall, as travel will average up to 400 miles per week using a company vehicle. This position is a full-time position with a flexible day time schedule, pay is $16.00/hour. We need a reliable, dependable, and detail-orientated worker. Must be physically capable of bending, climbing stairs, reaching, pushing/pulling, lifting, using ladders, wearing backpack vacuum, etc.

At least 18 years of age with valid driver's license. Excellent attendance. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Be positive and enthusiastic. Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.

Primary Responsibilities:

Maintain a healthy and clean environment using approved methods, chemicals & tools. Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash Operate floor equipment such as vacuums. General cleaning of floors, furniture, windows, windowsills, and walls Stocking and cleaning of restrooms, break rooms & janitor closets Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
