The Professional Group is looking for a reliable, hardworking Cleaner/Janitorial team member to help keep our client's facility clean, safe, and welcoming. If you take pride in your work, have good attention to detail, and enjoy keeping things organized and clean, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do You'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility, including: Restrooms Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, stall walls, doors, and other surfaces Clean mirrors Sweep and mop floors Remove trash and replace liners Restock soap, paper products, and other supplies Offices & Cubicles Empty trash and replace liners Dust horizontal surfaces Perform high- and low-dusting according to specifications Vacuum carpeted floors Take care not to move or disturb items on desks or credenzas Hallways & Common Areas Empty trash and replace liners Spot-clean doors and walls as needed Dust flat surfaces Vacuum carpeted areas Dust mop and damp mop hard floors Additional Responsibilities Follow the building supervisor's instructions and daily schedule Assist or provide temporary coverage at other assigned locations when needed Report accidents, incidents, damages, and client concerns promptly Clean and properly store tools, supplies, and equipment after use Load and unload cleaning supplies and equipment Assist with minor maintenance or repairs when needed Follow all company safety procedures and practices Help maintain a professional and positive image for The Professional Group Perform other duties as assigned by management What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work flexible hours when needed Must be able to pass a background check High school diploma preferred, but not required Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Stand, walk, sit, kneel, and perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods Lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis Safely perform cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the facility Why Join The Professional Group?
