Join Our Property Management Team - 2 Positions Available We are looking for two dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team at a 328-unit residential community . Our Cleaners play an important role in preparing apartments and maintaining common areas so our community is clean, welcoming, and ready for our residents. Pay & Benefits $18.00-$21.00 per hour , based on experience Full-time, year-round employment Benefits package Paid Time Off (PTO) Stable work environment Opportunity for growth within the property management team What You'll Do Thoroughly clean apartment homes between residents Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and appliances Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces Clean windows, doors, baseboards, cabinets, and fixtures Remove trash and debris from apartments and common areas Prepare vacant apartments for new residents Maintain cleanliness of community common areas Clean hallways, stairwells, laundry areas, offices, and other designated spaces Assist with deep-cleaning projects as needed Report maintenance issues, damage, or items requiring repair to the maintenance team Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Follow proper safety and cleaning procedures Assist the property team with additional tasks as needed Complete other duties assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will be: Reliable and dependable Hardworking and motivated Detail-oriented Able to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable working as part of a team Professional and respectful when interacting with residents and coworkers Able to work at a steady pace while maintaining quality Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform physical work throughout the day Comfortable working with cleaning products and equipment Previous experience in apartment cleaning, housekeeping, hotels, janitorial services, residential cleaning, or property management is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
