Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping management or residential cleaning is preferred but not required. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety practices is essential. Ability to perform tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. A willingness to learn new skills related to commercial cleaning, sanitization, and specialized services such as carpet care is a plus.
