We're looking for a dependable sub traveling cleaner/trainer role to support and guide our custodial team while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming school environment. This is a hands-on role; you'll be working alongside your team, setting the standard, and helping others succeed. What You'll Do Travel between assigned sites to support cleaning teams Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and restroom care Lead by example by actively performing cleaning duties alongside your team Train and coach team members to improve performance and consistency Inspect work to ensure quality and attention to detail Communicate with supervisors and staff to keep operations running smoothly Assist with securing the building at the end of shift What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability - you show up and get it done Natural leadership mindset Willingness to step in and do any task Attention to detail and ability to stay organized Ability to motivate others and maintain standards Custodial or leadership experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation (paid mileage and drive time) Why Join Enviro-Clean?
