This position includes one cleaning per week at each location , with seven total hours of guaranteed pay at $17 per hour ($119 per week). Both buildings may be cleaned on the same day, or you may clean each building on a different weekday. The West Grand Boulevard location must be started at 10:00am The second location offers a flexible start time. Both cleanings must be completed before the weekend. The selected candidate will initially train and become comfortable at the first location before being assigned to the second. This position is ideal for someone seeking dependable supplemental income with limited weekly hours. Additional hours and locations may become available as our company continues to grow. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Empty trash and replace liners Dust and wipe down surfaces Clean windows, mirrors, and glass Monitor cleaning supplies and report when restocking is needed Follow proper cleaning and safety procedures Maintain an organized work area Requirements Must pass a background check Must have reliable transportation Must be dependable and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and time-management skills Ability to perform repetitive tasks and occasional lifting Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience is preferred Floor-care experience, including buffing, stripping, or waxing, is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Flexible evening start time Potential for additional hours and responsibilities as the company grows We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and interested in growing with our team.
