A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities) As an essential part of the facility's daily operations, you will keep common spaces clean, sanitary, and welcoming for employees and visitors.
Your routine will include:
Facility Maintenance:
Clean and maintain offices, hallways, lobbies, and common areas.
Surface & Floor Care:
Perform routine dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
Sanitize & Refresh:
Clean and disinfect restrooms and break areas throughout the day.
Waste Management:
Empty trash bins and replace liners across the facility.
Stocking:
Monitor and restock paper products, soaps, and cleaning supplies.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. What We're Looking For (Qualifications) No previous commercial cleaning experience? No problem! We hire for attitude and reliability-we will train you on the rest.
Age Check:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Transportation:
Reliable transit to and from the facility in Fenton.
Work Ethic:

Independence:
Ability to manage your daily task checklist efficiently without constant supervision.
Experience:
